A priority for CEITC is to develop a range of resources that:
- provide information for the use of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- provide information about Tobacco Control in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- complement existing Tobacco Control resources, and
- are freely available.

Indigenous Tobacco Control Project Evaluation Tool - This will be a tool kit designed for communities to incorporate evaluation as an essential component of their tobacco control project. It will be a practical, easy to use, and jargon-free tool can assist workers to conduct basic evaluation on their projects and activities. It will provide practical suggestions on how to organise the evaluation of programs and learn from previous work undertaken. This resource is likely to comprise of a handbook and accompanying DVD and include case studies of evaluations of Indigenous community based tobacco control projects. Training in the use of the evaluation tool will be developed along with a strategy to provide evaluation support to workers.
Smoke-free Workplace Policy Tool Kit - CEITC plans to develop a resource to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community organisations to implement Smoke-free workplace policies. It will provide practical suggestions on how organisations can negotiate successful smoke-free workplace policies, assist their employees to quit and how they can overcome any potential barriers.
